      This specific uhaul was not very professional…the Morning staff was great, but the afternoon staff(not somuch) Icalled before Ireturned the vehicle toask ifthey had adumpster that Icoulduse, the customer service rep told methat somedo, but they may charge and hewas not sure ifthe location that Iwas using had that atall, even ifthey didn't iwould have understood, but noone answered because hestated they may have been busy(he sent them amessage asking them tocall meback ASAP, ofcourse noonedid, soI tried tocall again after about 20min. Noanswer again) when Iarrived they had 1customer who did not speak English, heasked everyone ifthey spoke his language towhich noonedid, but someone came from the back tohelp..so now wehave 3reps surrounding this Man and noone asked tohelpme.. Iwent tothe lady who runs the storage facility and asked her about the trash and she was unsure, she had toask for mebecause atthat point noone else acknowledged mypresence…but ofcourse looked atme tosay nowe can't let you put your trash InOur dumster, after they asked mehow many bags(6or7).I even offered topay touse their dumpster.(would have been cheaper topay todump, than topay more gas and more mileage)…I then asked ifthey knew ofany place that Icould possibly use adumpster? Everyone saysno.. Ieven explained that Itried tocall first with noresponse tomy call the 1st and 2nd time.. now Ihave auhaul van with trash that Ineed todisposeof…if Ihad todrive somewhere else tofind adumpster oreven take itback toTulsaOK, Iwould have topay for mileage and moregas… Iwent next door tothe carwash towhich they were nice enough, tolet meuse their dumpster and accommodate meso Idid not have topay any extra fees touhaul…– show

            I was recently ina bind and needed atruck quickly, soI decided togo tothis U-Haul because Iwas told bya coworker this location always had what they needed and for how long they needed and Iwasn’t disappointed. The employees were also amazing, caring, and accommodating. Iwill definitely return.

              Tried torent from U-Haul atQuail Springs location onMemorial Road rented atrailer online like Ihave done many other times with U-Haul. Ilost mylicense two weeks ago and got atemporary license from theDMV. U-Haul does not except those and would not help inanyway cost mea day ofwork.I will not use them again terrible customer service terrible policy.

                They won’t rent aspace toyou without giving them someone else’s full personal info. Iunderstand wanting and emergency contact but why onearth would you want their address? And they want two contacts. When askedwhy, she had noidea but couldn’t rent tome without someone else’s info. Seems like they’re doing aprivate info scam and noone has contacted the authoritiesyet.

                  This isthe nicest U-Haul facility we've ever used. The staff was very nice, and itwas pleasant tosee the owner actually running the business. Even though power went off asI was paying, the staff adapted seamlessly, and wewere not delayed bythat atall. Folks were very professional picking upand droppingoff.

                    Was originally supposed torent from adifferent location, after booking rental online Ireceived aphone call telling meI had topick upfrom the location near Quail Springs. When Igot there the lady atthe counter was very much not helpful, rushing toget myrental completed, and acted asif Iwas aninconvenience toher. She told methat due tome not wanting tohave todrop the truck off back attheir location, but tomy original location Iwas attempting torent from but did not know howmany trips Iwould need tomake she said she could leave drop off info blank, Itold her how far Iwould have todrive from their store, topick upmy stuff, and then todrop off the stuff, after hearing all this she puts onmy rental 1day and 30miles. Itwas over 30miles from their store tothe place Iwas picking mybelongings upalone. After she completes the contract she did not goover ANYTHING onit, Ihave NEVER had aU-Haul place not goover the terms ofthe contract withme, Ihave also never had them completely neglect toinform meof something asimportant asmaking myrental aone way and charging me$170for literally NOTHING, only tohave the drop off location attempt tocharge mefor the same rental, Iwent totheir store once again and the guys working literally YELLED and argued withme. After spending 45minutes trying toget them tofix their mistake, they said they would call the other store and cancel the charges, atthat point Ileave. Then the next day Iget anemail from drop off location they still want their money. THE MANAGER NEVER ACTUALLY CALLED THEM TOCORRECT ANYTHING. Iwas fleeing adomestic violence situation, and Ifeel completely taken advantage ofduring one ofthe worst times inmy life. Iwill never rent from U-Haul again, this time ruined itfor mecompletely, renting atother locations was polar opposite from what Iwent through here. Iwill besure todiscourage any and everyone needing torent atruck that Iknow from going tothese people.– show

                      One ofthe best experiences I've ever had with u-haul, Iworked with the store GMwho just happened tobe atthe counter. Hewas incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.

                        Had agreat experience with Candice and her team. They were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. The team hooked myauto transport upto my10’ truck and loaded mycar insafely for an800+ mile ride. Ieven called once for advice onsomething inthe cab and they were thorough and reassuring.

                          They donot communicate from store tostore. Went topick upa vehicle and was told while Iwas checking the vehicle out there was anadditional $100deposit ontop ofwhat Iwas already paying. Need better customer service.

                              This customer service has been terrible, first truck died onme onthe highway and almost crashed fromit, roadside assistance did not answer. They were trying tocharge mefor the miles onthe truck that died and tried charging mefor 2days. Very terrible service.

                                        By far the worst experience renting atruck I’ve everhad. Myreservation wasn’t properly taken, then ittook forever for the employees toget itall straightenedout. Ontop ofall ofthat the gas gauge and the odometer where entered inwrong causing meto have tocall the 800number toget checkedin. Lots ofunnecessary stress onan already stressfulday.

                                          Big shout out toAngie Wolf. She did afantastic job with assisting mewith mymove. Weneeded a26' truck and she made the process super easy. Literally two days ina row she made myday. Moving can bea painful process but each time Icame inshe was supportive and helpful. She explained everything thoroughly. Each time Icame back she remembered meand made mefeel special. Thanks touhaul and making mymove experience easy.
